Bath

Friday we had our first and last performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream, Saturday morning was cleanup. And then Lauren and I took off to go to Bath for two nights because we had no class on Monday. It was an amazing, completely relaxing weekend. We got to walk the streets where Jane Austen once walked which was pretty amazing; although we learned by going to the Jane Austen Center that she didn't actually like Bath. She had to live her for the final years of her father's life and a little while after his death and hated the hypocrisy of the money and status hungry middle-class. But I looked on Bath more like Catherine from Northanger Abbey . "who could ever tire of Bath!"
